Reminder: All CWCJHS students need to bring their Chromebook and charger to school tomorrow. They will be turned in at school.
Remote Students will turn their Chromebook in at a later date.

On May 6th, Governor Pritzker announced the entire state will move into the Bridge Phase of the Restore Illinois reopening plan beginning Friday, May 14th. The Bridge Phase will allow for expanded capacity limits for businesses and gatherings before the state moves to a full reopening in Phase 5.
CWC facilities will be able to meet the new IDPH Bridge capacity guidelines without requiring tickets to end of the year events:

Egyptian Health would like district students and staff to join in supporting National Children's Health Awareness Day on Thursday, May 6 by everyone wearing GREEN.
Also they are inviting district families to drive through Jefferson Attendance Center on Thursday, May 6 from 4 to 6 pm to receive a bag from Egyptian Health Department employees. The bag will contain various resources for students & families. #BulldogPride
2021-22- CWCHS Pre-Registration for incoming 9th-12th grade students will take place next week with class meetings during school hours. Pre-Registration packets have been posted on the website/app under the CWCHS Menu & Documents sections. #BullogPride
A letter for all 8th graders and their parents has been posted on the "NEWS" section of the CWCJHS website/APP and on Facebook.

Freshman Orientation will take place on Thursday, May, 6th @ 8:30 a.m. (During the normal school day). All current 8th Graders will participate (Parents will not be in attendance due to capacity limitations). If any of our remote students would like to participate, please contact our office at 382-4661.
Additional Information:
8th graders will meet with the administration and guidance department where they will be informed on all things pertaining to the High School: rules/guidelines, expectations, academic/coursework, extracurricular activities, etc. The high school staff will address any questions that the students may have in regards to the 2021-22 school year.
We are hopeful that we can have parents in attendance at our “CWCHS Back to School Night” in the fall, and we will also put out additional information virtually over the summer so parents can be informed as well.
Reminder to Jr High School families: Wednesday, April 28th is a Remote Learning Day for grades 6-12. If you would like a breakfast or lunch for your child for the remote learning day, please notify the office by 1 pm tomorrow. It will be sent home with your child tomorrow afternoon. Remember all breakfast and lunches are free of charge.
Reminder to 8th grade parents! T-shirt order forms and $10 payment are due in the office this Thursday. Holiday World permission slips and $20 payment are due in the office by this Friday. These forms have all been mailed/sent home with your student. Please call the office with questions.
