If you would like a breakfast or lunch for your child for the remote learning day, please notify the office by 11 am Tuesday morning. It will be sent home with your child on Tuesday afternoon. We are proud of our community and C-WC #5 family for being able to provide in-person education for almost a full semester. With COVID-19 surging, we would like to remind families that we will continue to educate our students face-to-face as long as we can, but we can only do so with the help of our families.
Please keep students at home until they are 48 hours symptom free without medication.
If anyone living in your home is tested for COVID, please quarantine all members of the home until the results come back.
Have the doctor’s office fax the school a copy of the results.

CWCJHS - On Friday, November 20, 2020 there will be a one-half day in service training day for all C-WC teachers. We will have a 3-hour early dismissal on this date. Jr. High students will be dismissed at approximately 11:30 a.m.

The SIJHSAA Board decided to postpone Jr High Boys & Girls Basketball and all Winter sports to a later date. No currently scheduled games will be played at this time. All Jr. High winter sports have been postponed until the Illinois Department of Public Health "Return to Play" Guidelines are agreed upon and made available to the SIJHSAA.
There was some confusion with an earlier form that was sent home in September regarding The Carmi Elves, which wasn't Christmas assistance. P.A.W.S. for a Bulldog program letters were sent home with report cards. This program offers Christmas assistance to Carmi-White County School District students enrolled in 4-12th grade. Please submit completed P.A.W.S. Christmas assistance forms to Mrs. Lovell in the office by the deadline Friday, November 6.
