ROE #20 is providing two opportunities for parents and community members in the ROE #20 area to attend a free presentation from former NBA basketball player Chris Herren. This adult only presentation, will share his story with addiction and his recovery journey. Parent/Teacher conferences for the Jr/Sr High School will be held Tuesday, March 11th from 3:30-6:30pm. Conferences will be held in classrooms in ten minute increments.
This year, we have combined the sign up for the Jr/Sr High in order to accommodate parents/guardians who have children in both Jr High and High School.

Carmi-White County CUSD #5 will be in session on Friday, February 21st. We want to keep all our students, staff, and families safe and appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation. Buses will be running normal routes where possible, however, due to some road conditions some alternate plans will be used and those affected families will be contacted. Please be aware that buses, pickup, drop off, and parking will all be handled with extreme caution to keep everyone safe and may run behind schedule. Celebrate National School Resource Officer Day!
Today, we honor our School Resource Officers! We want to share a big THANK YOU to Officer David Agee and Officer Drew Grider for your dedication and support for our students and staff. Your hard work makes our school a safer and happier place! #bulldogpride

The cost is $30. Forms were sent home with report cards or can be picked up in the main office.

C-WC #5 is thrilled to be able to provide The Optical Academy Glasses2Classes Optical Screenings for ALL students thanks to The Absher Foundation. Forms have been sent home with all students, and another round of permission forms will be sent home this week to students who have not returned one. As a reminder, all new students to the district (pre-school, kindergarten, or transfers), 2nd grade, and 8th grade students are required to have an annual vision screening. It is our goal that ALL C-WC #5 students participate in this awesome opportunity this year!

Attention seniors and parents of seniors ! We are taking orders for senior shirts. Seniors must complete the google form to place the order and turn in money to Mrs. Kessler or Mrs. Healy. Sizes S-XL are $15, 2XL is $23 and 3XL is $24.
All orders and money are due by Wednesday, February 19th.
