If you would like a breakfast or lunch for your child for the remote learning day, please notify the office by 11 am Tuesday morning. It will be sent home with your child on Tuesday afternoon. Remember all breakfast and lunches are free of charge.

Attention Freshman and Senior parents: Freshmen must have a physical examination (dated within 12 months of the first day of school) on file with the nurse’s office. Seniors must have proof of (2) doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine. Students who do not have this documentation on file with the nurse’s office will not be able to attend school after October 15th. If you have any questions, please contact the nurse’s office.

Seniors who signed up will be taking the SAT on Wednesday, Sept 23 in the auditorium. All participants will need to be at the front door of the school between 7:30-7:45 to be screened and ready to test at 8:00 a.m. Please bring a snack and a drink. The test will not finish until close to 1 and there will be no lunch break, only snack breaks. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Gunter.

Letters from the Carmi Elves and CWC School Workers are being sent home with every student, and parents that have remote learners will receive letters through the mail. This program is asking families to provide information about needs the family currently has. This program does not provide assistance for Christmas gifts. Information regarding Christmas assistance will be provided in late October or early November.
