After a lot of work on the fields, the Lady Bulldogs were able to get in a conference game yesterday and defeated Hamilton County 8-3!
The Lady Bulldogs move to 2-0 in conference play and overall 4-2.

C-WC CUSD #5 will have a 1 hour Early Dismissal today (4/13) due to the potential of severe weather. The Jr. High will dismiss at 1:55 pm & the High School at 2:10 pm. All after school activities have been canceled for today. #BulldogPride

The home baseball scheduled for today (4/12) vs Hamilton County has been cancelled. The home softball game vs Hamilton County is still scheduled as of the time of this post (1:35 pm).
Baseball at Mt Vernon, IN and Boys Track at DuQuoin have both been cancelled for today.
Last Thursday, the Bulldog boys tennis team defeated Marion 5-4. The last time the Bulldogs defeated the Wildcats was back in 2014.
Tyler Goemaat and Ian Mosier both won their singles matches and then teamed up to win their doubles match to seal the team victory.
The Bulldogs are now 2-0 on the season. Great job, gentlemen!

Bulldog baseball defeated Vienna in a doubleheader on Saturday 11-5 and 4-3.
The Lady Bulldogs fell to Harrisburg Saturday 4-3. Their record moves to 3-2.
Both teams take on Hamilton Co this as conference play continues.
